You want to be healthy, go to the gym, eat well and cook everything, but you just don’t have enough time!
Here are simple ways for you to find the time to do everything!
1- You can’t go to the gym? Burn calories everywhere! Take the stairs, walk, run or cycle to your job. Don’t use your car. Go running for a short 15 minutes everyday, as fast as you can. During lunch time, take a walk, or go up and down the stairs for 15 minutes! (big cardio and leg workout!)
2- Multi-task! You can do so many things at once. Try to fold the laundry while doing squats, or reading a book while doing a plank! Be creative ! There is a multitude of ”train at work” programs that you can also do while sitting at your desk!
3- Plan ahead and Meal Prep! Plan a day to prepare food for the week. Usually, Sunday is meal prep day! If you don’t have time to cook, just make one or 2 cups of rice, put some sweet potatoes in the oven and prepare some veggies (wash/peel/cut). When you’ll have to cook during week, it will cut your meal preparation time by a half!
